Centerville Service Center delivers the best service available anywhere around and probably across all 50 states. Customers are treated like royalty. Their mechanics out-perform any mechanic that has ever laid hands on my 21 year old vehicle. That's why it's still on the road. Countless thanks to Ben and his staff for service that surpasses all!
In addition, Ben is the only mechanic on the planet who would spend 2 days trying to reprogram a key fob for a 22 year old car and successfully so. The staff of Centerville Service Center has gone to extraordinary lengths to repair my vehicle time and time again. I am truly indebted to them.

They are honest, do high quality work and provide excellent customer service. You can tell that they value their customers. Centerville Service Center was great throughout my whole process. From the time I made my appointment to the time I picked my car up, the service was great. My car had multiple issues and Ben was great at communicating with me daily and great at explaining things. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or lied to. I felt I needed to leave a review because this service center went above and beyond in a way that I don't think many centers would have. Dropped my car off the night before and for different reasons they were not able to get to may car the next day as they had planned. Steve (I believe his name was) stayed after hours , fixed the problem I brought it in for AND charged me nothing to do it! I am blown away by his generosity, but also by his integrity to admit they had not delivered the service they promised and to stand behind it no matter what the cost to them. I would have recommended them before this happened, but now I will be bragging about my Service Center to others.

They aren’t the cheapest place in town but far cheaper than dealerships. Also, from what I’ve found based on customer service and accuracy for diagnosing, they well worth it. I really appreciated my first experience at Centerville Service Center. I took my car there because I was having issues with something rattling underneath, especially when idling. CSC diagnosed the problem as a loose oil pan and fixed it at no charge. I'll definitely be back when I need service in the future.

He took the liberty we try of calling our warranty company to see if our air conditioner was covered thank God it was. They got the part and arranged everything with warranty. Absolutely amazing service, especially from Tim. I live in Nashville and was visiting in Ohio when my car broke down. Luckily I was able to borrow a car to drive home. Centerville Service Center was an approved center of my extended warranty so I had the car towed there. The problem with the car was the same problem the dealership (in Tennessee) had just fixed 3 months, 2,000 miles ago. Tim was the middle man between the dealership and myself. The dealership did not want to pay for it even though they had just supposedly fixed the same problem a very short time ago. Instead of telling me there's nothing he can do they took the car apart, sent pictures and was able to get them to pay for it since they didn't do it the first time. I'm in Tennessee and he was able to deal with all of that and get a new clutch in my car in 3 days! I can not thank you enough!

If you need to save every Penny you can, go elsewhere. If you want a great job done by friendly people, go here. They aren’t outrageously expensive but they’re not the cheapest. They’ve always done right by me. Ben is wonderful and has helped solve some tough issues I’ve had. They’ve gotten me in last minute when I’ve had issues as well. I had a sensor recently go out. Got charged to clean it out and they had it working. Go figure I drive the car 5 minutes down the road and it’s going off again. Go back and they take care of it right away and don’t keep charging you. They stand behind their work and will make it right. I will continue to drive a ways to come and let them perform services I can’t do myself. Spend the extra and go, you’ll get your car fixed right. They’ll have your back in getting it fixed.

Tim took care of me. This place is amazing! I went here to get a second opinion on a tire problem that a different place wanted to charge me for a new tire. So glad I came here. They fixed a simple problem super fast (without having to buy a new tire). They are honest folks with integrity. Everything that I wrote about Ben's shop before still holds true! This visit, I trusted the pros at Centerville Service to perform a safety check on a 2003 Acura that my son uses for work/school. It has 180K miles on it and the guys found a couple of things to fix, but also reported things that were looking good--like the brakes! Thanks again guys!
Update: September 2019
Ben's automotive shop is awesome! This time they've been tracking a slow leak since April on a Michelin tire mounted on our newer Acura MDX--my wife's 2012 model. Well, she got another warning light the day before she was driving to CVG for a flight. Yipes! Ben fit her car into the schedule and finally found the culprit--a leaking valve stem assembly which, of course, had to be rebuilt because it has all that fancy sensor stuff in there. She made her flight and the tire is fixed--she made it back home safely! You can trust Ben and his pros for professional, outstanding service--big jobs and small. Rare to find today, but you can find it at Centerville Service Center.
Post-script on the 2003 Acura MDX that my son is driving after Ben's May 2018 safety check. Zero problems. It now has 192,000 miles and it performed fantastic on a recent 450 mile trip over the mountains to Charlottesville, VA. My son started grad school there last month & both are doing fine.
Update: December 2019
This time my 2013 F-150 needed some TLC. Took my truck in for Ben's pros to look at it--something was leaking all over my garage floor. I was worried that it was brake-related. I had been doing a fair amount of towing during the year for various reasons, putting extra strain on the truck. Well, the brakes were fine (Ben's crew had installed those too on a previous visit maybe a year ago!), but the truck's cooling hoses and water pump were leaking. The poor design of Ford's hoses was spraying coolant in all directions, but Ben's crew was all over it--they replaced the hoses with a better designed set. The water pump had almost 100K miles on it, so it was replaced as well as the belts also. All done within one day out-of-service quoted exactly on the money. I trust these guys.
Update: August 2020
Perfect job again by the pros at Ben’s Centerville Service. I asked for an oil change, tire rotation, and diagnostic check for a front end drift at highway speed. Of course, the routine service was flawless and Ben’s highly skilled technicians found a battery fault (it was original 2013 OEM equipment so its service life was zero) and a cabin filter that needed changing. My truck’s 100k service was also due so we completed that—not too in depth—spark plugs and secondary wires. On the diagnosis for front end—no cause yet. It hasn’t reoccurred. The theory is that I got acclimated to towing a trailer on one leg of my trip, and on the return leg without a trailer, my truck just “felt” different. The techs looked everywhere for a mechanical cause and the ‘problem’ has not returned. My truck received top-notch, trustworthy care—all for a very fair price. And my truck was delivered on time. You can trust the pros at Centerville Service like I do.

These guys were excellent and very professional. Two Tim's worked customer service, so when you call you might talk to either Tim's, but one is Tim 1, and the other is Tim 2(which is printed on his work shirt, thought that was funny). I was surprised that they had the work done that day! Thought it wouldn't be done until the next day, amazing. Hard to find work shops that will try to finish a HARD job in one day. The price was fair for what had to be done on my truck. I do recommend making an appointment, these guys are good thus they are busy all day long.

Visiting from out of town (WI) We had a brake issue and limped in (staying in the Zengel neighborhood). I needed brake fluid and couldn't make it to an auto parts store. I was promptly taken care of with a smile and well wishes for my trip home. There's a reason my grandparents have always used this service station and had nothing but wonderful things to say. Now, I've had a chance to experience that first hand.
My Grandparents are always extremely happy with the service, and they've had some unconventional repairs that didn't cost them a dime.

I have never had better service. The employees were very professional and went over everything in great detail both before and after fixing my car. Price was reasonable and I was in and out in a day. I will never go anywhere else.

Always trust these guys. They’ve taken great care of me and my car. I drive up from Hamilton just so they can service it because I know they’ll be honest with me and tell me exactly what needs to be fixed without trying to upsell me.

I am visiting from Iowa. My check engine light came on as soon as I pulled into the driveway of my destination in Centerville. I called multiple places and either didn't get a call back or was told they couldn't help me.
I called Centerville Service Station and Jordan was so nice on the phone and said to bring my car in. The guys there figured out what was wrong with my car and got it in and fixed the same day. I am so impressed with their service and kindness. They made sure my car was taken care of and safe for me to get back home (10 hours away). I can't say enough good things.

With a million things I had to get done today these wonderful people were life savers. I needed a tire repair and not only did they get me right in but they refused to charge me for their time. I will drive the 40 minutes from my home to use this place to care for my cars! If you want an honest job done by fanatics individuals, I highly recommend you give them a call!!!

Staff are incredibly kind, knowledgeable and *very* thorough with explanations. I've been to this mechanic multiple times over a period of months and I can confidently say that the quality of service has been consistently excellent. Only thing: it can be crowded pretty often but given just how amazing the experience was every time I've went? I honestly get why and I'm absolutely okay with waiting a bit longer if it means my vehicle is in good hands.

My first experience with Jordan and Centerville Service Center was phenomenal! I was in a pinch and my dealership refused my business. Never having visited CSC, Jordan and the technicians went out of their way to work a service call into their crammed schedule. All of my questions were promptly answered in terms I understood and with a friendly and professional attitude! Excellent experience and I will no longer be using my dealership for services! My future business will go to Centerville Service Center!

They fixed my car in a few hours the day of, and there was a problem with the car a few weeks later and they diagnosed the problem called me and since the problem was on something they had worked on the time before there was no charge. Even though the problem wasn't their fault. Really nice people and great customer service.

I had an appt for a used car inspection on my son's new car for Monday. On Sunday night when I go to drop it off, the car won't start. Long story short, AAA had to flatbed it to the shop. On Monday, Tim calls me and tells me it's the starter and it will be approximately $650 to replace it. With no choice since it's there, I tell him to proceed. I also had wiper blades installed and an oil change. I bring it home after work and speak to my neighbor about the cost. He tells me a remanufactured starter should not cost that much. Tuesday morning I make some calls to other shops and they all give me an average of $300 installed. At this point, I feel like I was taken advantage of due to my circumstance and robbed blind. I will never take any vehicle back to Centerville Service Center. The good customer service isn't worth the price gouging on parts and labor.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I did not have a great experience here. I brought my vehicle a BMW X3 in because it was slow cranking. While they diagnosed this problem, they found other issues. It mostly had to do with the timing. While I trust that needed to be fixed, that’s not initially why I brought in my vehicle. I was looking at spending $2500 that quickly turned into $5200. I agreed to it. I brought the car back in and explained to them I was still having trouble starting the BMW. They ended up putting a new battery in it because they thought that was problem. Well, it wasn’t. I was now having trouble getting my BMW to start at all. I brought it back in for a 3rd time. They took it for the weekend and fixed the issue. It was the starter. Finally, I thought I could finally have my car back. I have had it for 3 months. The majority of the time it was in the shop. Well, more issues were happening just two weeks later. I noticed my coolant light coming on intermittently. I didn’t really think anything of it. I checked the coolant and it was fine. A week later my car shuts down on the highway because I had run completely out of coolant. I took it back in and they presumed it was probably the water pump. What the heck. So, I took it to someone else just to check it out. They came to the conclusion that I have a coolant line leak. I don’t know a ton about cars, but someone messed up. This is a reputable business. And I believe it. But this is just not adding up. Someone made a mistake.

Took my car in to get repaired after hitting a curb, These guys left my braking plate severely bent and the brake issue persisted. After paying a good amount of money for this quality of service I will not be returning here.

Absolutely Horrible Customer service! Whoever answered the phone is VERY RUDE! I called to inquire about a repair and the person who answered was so rude we went to another repair center. I do not recommend this place!

This place takes advantage of women with little mechanical knowledge. Thank God for another real certified mechanic finding the issue because this auto shop put my mothers life at risk!!! Do not use!! They didn’t correct what they admitted they didn’t do.. despite being overly paid for the service! If you do use them— I’d suggest hoisting up your vehicle to confirm the job was done correctly afterwards!! Don’t put your life in their hands!

Wow. They deleted my review. How is that even possible when I posted my receipt with review? $950.00 dollars later, I still can’t drive on the highway when I specifically told them I needed to be able to. Humming noise still there, vibration still there.
950.00 gone right before Christmas and the only thing that has changed is the noise from my belt which only cost 100. So 840+ gone right before Christmas and I can’t even drive to see my family. The only thing that’s improved is the grinding noise at 2k rpm from them replacing my belt. I brought my car in and told them I needed to be able to drive on the highway. My car isn’t old. 2010 Mazda 6i with less than 150k. I had a feeling it was a bearing. They tell me “it’s ready to go” and give me my car. I’m going to say this again. $950.00 later and I can’t do with my car the one thing I told them I need to do. I’m going to lose my job as I can’t commute.

I’m so tired of this. There are no repair shops out there that actually do what they say they’re doing. I’m 100% convinced of that now.
They also made a “decision on the fly” and replaced my CV axle without my permission. I then paid for that. Still, absolutely no change in performance. Literally none at all. How is that possible?
Still can’t drive my car. Probably going to lose my job.
All right before Christmas. So depressing I can’t even bring myself to answer my phone. I feel defeated.

Outstanding service as usual. Ben and his team always make you feel welcome, thoroughly discuss repair options and alternatives, and provide fair and affordable pricing. You are never pressured to understake repairs you don't really need. Our van has 225,000 miles on it. With Centerville Service Center's help, I fully expect to see 300,000. Take your car here--don't even think about another shop.
